GoCardless Receipt Maker + GoCardless Integration
Connect via the official API and automatically email a branded PDF receipt when each payment is confirmed. GoCardless does not email customers a branded PDF receipt by default.

What this integration does
After you authorise the connection, Receipt Maker listens for successful payment activity. When a Direct Debit payment reaches confirmed status, the app builds a PDF using your saved template and emails it to the customer.
Payment collection stays entirely with GoCardless. Receipt Maker does not charge customers, create mandates or move money.

Customer details
Name, email and identifiers so receipts are addressed correctly.

Amount, currency, status, date and reference for a clear receipt.

Connect GoCardless
OAuth flow from Settings. Your payment collection does not change.
Design the receipt
Logo, address, VAT and template in the Receipt Designer.
Connect email
Microsoft OAuth, SMTP or Managed Email on Pro.
Enable Auto Mode
On Pro, each newly confirmed payment generates and emails a PDF.

No. GoCardless sends payment notifications, not branded PDF receipts. Receipt Maker generates those PDFs and emails them on Auto Mode or manually.

Does connecting change how my customers pay? +
